Step 1: Open Outlook

Launch Microsoft Outlook

Go to your Sent Items folder
Step 2: Open the Email You Want to Recall

Double-click the email

It must open in its own window
Step 3: Click “Actions” → “Recall This Message”

On the Message tab → click Actions

Select Recall This Message
Step 4: Choose Your Recall Option

Delete unread copies of this message

Delete unread copies and replace with a new message
